Praise and Testimonials

“The trip was awesome! All the activities we did on the program were amazing and I really did learn and have fun. Thank you!”
– Julia, Student, Cambodia Service Adventure

“Our experience with Peninsula was wonderful. I will recommend that other teachers use Peninsula in the future. Peninsula Outdoor School provided our students a week to remember for our Week Without Walls trip. The guides at Peninsula were well educated in the outdoor concepts that were taught to students; they were actively engaged with all students and provided them with more knowledge about nature and all it has to offer. Peninsula is professional in their approach to helping make school trips successful and fun. I would use them again for future trips at my school.”
– Jane, Teacher, Conghua (China) Adventure Week

“Peninsula Outdoor School’s team members went out of their way to find a location for a wonderful field study. Even though my students were younger they delivered an exceptional program that engaged students and helped them grow as citizens of the world. Thanks a gain for a great experience! We look forward to working with your team again!”
– Elizabeth, Teacher, Baguang (China) Mangrove Field Study

– Zhanna, Teacher, Osaka/Kyoto Cultural Adventure

“Peninsula Outdoor School gave us exactly what we wanted: a challenging and rigorous outdoor adventure trip combined with service learning in an absolutely stunning environment. The growth in confidence and leadership in our student participants is amazing and there are already many excited inquiries about a trip with Peninsula next year.”
– Chris, Principal, Wugong Mountain (China) Service Adventure

“Peninsula Outdoor School did a great job in helping our school organize and execute our trip to Cambodia. While the major thrust of the trip was a service project (which was an extremely valuable and gratifying experience for our students), the ancillary activities were also exceptional. Both the onsite Peninsula staff as well as the local guides they arranged for us all went above and beyond to make our trip a success. Highly recommended!”
– JK, CAS Coordinator, Cambodia Service Adventure

“Teaching Geography IGCSE I wanted to make my teaching real for my students. Also, as a very integral part of the curriculum I wanted to take my students to an are a we could really put our classroom knowledge into action. Using Peninsula Outdoor School was the best decision I made. The team was well-prepared and was very knowledgeable of the course content and did more than what was expected. I did not have to take along any of the equipment to do any of the practical tasks I wanted to do as they provided everything. Safety of my students was always my greatest concern, and Peninsula did an excellent job regarding the safety in all of the areas we went while collecting data in rivers and at the dam. My students came back from this trip more eager than before to study Geography, because they could now see how the classroom knowledge could be used in real life. When they wrote their first semester exam I included a lot of the practical things we had done into the question paper and all of them did exceptionally well. I would really recommend Peninsula Outdoor School to anyone and will definitely make use of them in the future.”
– Dudley S, Teacher, Three Gorges Dam (China) Field Study
